The International Academy for leading personnel of Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom organized a special training for local employees of the foundation, working on different projects. In this training participated four coworkers from Central and Southeastern Europe, i.e. Dusan Dinic from the West Balkan office in Belgrade, Adnan Huskic from the Sarajevo office, Volodymyr Oliinyk from the Central Eastern Europe in Kiew and Elena Dimitrova from the regional office in Sofia. Strategic planning and goals determination, successful work with partners as well as bases of the liberalism and the foundation work were some the main themes of the advanced training, which was accomplished in the Theodor Heuss Academy in Gummersbach, Potsdam and Berlin. The possibility of becoming acquainted with the colleagues from the local office and from the whole world as well as the possibility of exchanging experience over their work on the projects in the regions, was very much welcomed by all participants. The participants gave the idea to organize this meeting on annual basis.
